After several successful divisional CapEx Strategy projects, the senior leadership—including the group CEO, CFO, and EVP Strategy—decided to institutionalize the approach by implementing a structured CapEx Strategy framework and an annual strategic planning process across the entire organization globally.

✔ CapEx Strategy Committees & Leadership Alignment: Divisional CapEx Strategy Committees, led by production directors, were created to take ownership of the process. These directors also collaborated with senior group leadership in the Group Strategy Forum to drive strategic alignment.
✔ Dedicated Expert Support: A personal CapEx Strategy expert was assigned to assist the client, providing direct support to select key users.
